Ironically, a physically unchallenging existence and the feeble body this lifestyle produces forces people to strain through each day. These struggles compromise well-being, and this stunted contentment can aid a cycle of idle despair.
Fortunately, this cycle can be broken with more movement and a bit of brute force. While this restorative exercise is usually fairly easy to execute, a skilled strength and conditioning coach can make this rebuilding process simpler for folks who are struggling and more complex for individuals who wish to advance.
