About Me

By Andrew McGunagle (Creator of Mastery Fitness Club

Humans are built to run, jump, squat, press, and pull. However, most individuals do not utilize their innate movement capacities in their daily lives, and failing to exploit this potential often creates problems. Ironically, a physically unchallenging existence and the feeble body this lifestyle produces forces people to strain through each day. These struggles compromise well-being, and this stunted contentment can aid a cycle of idle despair.

Fortunately, this cycle can be broken with more movement and a bit of brute force. While this restorative exercise is usually fairly easy to execute, a skilled strength and conditioning coach can make this rebuilding process simpler for folks who are struggling and more complex for individuals who wish to advance. The knowledge an informed coach possesses enables his or her clients to enrich their lives with quality movement and improved strength. Additionally, coaches can efficiently guide people towards the higher levels of functioning needed to achieve any athletic goals they may set.

As a strength and conditioning coach, I possess both the knowledge and the skills necessary to help people improve their lives. My expertise stems from a combination of study, thought, and - most importantly - practice. I plan on being a positive influence in the life of every person I train, and I will be a catalyst for the improved health of my community, our nation, and the world.
